标题[问题] 移除诺顿时卡住

最近买了toshiba l50a
要把norton移除，
於是去下载了norton removal tool
可是就卡在
＂正在删除Symantec tael time storage protection x64"
卡了一小时完全没有动静
该怎麽办？
