I personally own an ACER TravelMate 320T. It's old, I know.
I e-mailed acer@tw asking for their help when the CD-ROM drive
wasn't able to recognize the disks it used to read before. They
asked me to bring my laptop in to the NEAREST service center and
let the tech people take a look at the problem. Unfortunately,
the NEAREST ACER is located in Texas and I'm in NY. I think they
did try to help me solve my problem, it's just that America is
geographically HUGE!
Hmm......Maybe I should consider mailing my laptop to them.
