标题[问题] 租屋 Groton, 康乃狄克州

想请问有没有住在Groton,Ct的人 可以列一些这附近比较好的apartments吗?
因为可能工作可能会在Groton.
不确定会不会有车,方便的话可以也给车程离groton不会太远的apartment吗?(30分钟)

冬天车子一定要四轮传动吗? 会不会很容易淹水或是有其他天灾?
