标题[问题]请问目前LAX转机会受到施工影响吗?

如题,
听说LAX最近正在施工
小弟是9/23(三)从台湾飞(EVA AIR BR2)
抵达LAX时间是16:20(Terminal B)
再转机 20:15於Terminal 1 搭Southwest飞LAS
Q1:我抵达LAX的时间似乎是国际线入境检查的尖峰时间,
先前在本板请教过各位大大3h55m应该足够
(我行李没有直挂 需取出再重新check in)
但想再确认目前从Terminal B到Terminal 1的交通是否有受施工影响?
我知道LAX航厦之间有Free Shuttle Bus 但现在有些工程在进行
有看到下面网页的这段文字,

arrivals level roadway during busy travel times after 7 PM. If you are
picking up passengers in the terminal area, please consider making
arrangements to meet them on the departures (upper) level roadway to avoid

***大家会建议我直接用走的过去Terminal 1会比较快吗?
Q2:我的回程在LAX预留的转机时间更短
(10/2(五)从LAS 21:30飞抵LAX,转搭00:15 EVA AIR回台湾)
不知是否还OK?也会受LAS施工影响吗?
