如果你是在台湾的话, 这应该是被银行卡住的,
因为银行没预期你会有刷美金 transaction,
通常打电话给银行要他们放行这些交易就能成功了,
记得出国前先跟银行说你要出国一阵子, 银行的人会把授权打开,
这样就不会每次都要跟银行说, 当然, 对你的风险也可能会大.
