Michael Laudrup has resigned as manager of Brondby after four
years at the helm, saying he is ready for bigger challenges abroad.
During his illustrious career Laudrup played for a host of top European clubs
including Juventus, Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Over the last few weeks the Danish media have been speculating whether or
not the 41-year-old could be in the running to become the new coach at
Real Madrid, after the
Spanish giants ended the season without a major trophy
for the third year in a row.
