标题[除错]16888 port time out

大家好
问题是这样的
我用ASUS RT-N12+拨号上网
port forwarding 固I到电脑
然後将分享器连到小乌龟（浮动ip）出去
可是我有一个port:16888有时能用有时不能
不知道是什麽原因？
不过像是3389这种都没问题
