标题[问答] packet loss rate的计算

we evaluate the packet loss rate over the 50 measurements and have the
following results:
38/(38+50 × 6) = 11.2% where 38 is the total number of retransmission
and 50 × 6 is the total blocks of transmission.
这是一篇paper在计算packet loss rate，它的传输协定是CoAP
我想请问 total block of transmission 的 block是什麽意思？
不知道它为什麽要乘6，它上面没写6是什麽
传50次，重传38次，为什麽packet loss rate不是38/50？
