标题[问题] 不能上网诊断

最近莫名其妙就不能上网，但是BBS、MSN都可以上 只要是http网页都不行
请问这要怎麽修正？请帮帮我 第一次碰到这种问题。
(右下角有显示 下载更新18%都没再动)
