Darrell out, Eddie in
Darrell Armstrong is out 2-4 weeks with a severe contusion of his right thigh
that he suffered late in last night's loss to Boston.
With Vince Carter out probably until sometime next week and Marcus Williams
out until December, the Nets have to make a move. They can't play Jason Kidd
48 minutes and Antoine Wright is not a point guard.
They're going to sign Eddie Gill, the last player they cut from training
camp. Gill was the No. 1 pick of the NBDL's Colorado 14ers. He's expected to
join the Nets tomorrow and play against the Magic tomorrow night.
