If you're as lucky as Jason Kidd, you can tee off on a course in Tahoe, which provides some of the most breathtaking scenery, even if most of us can only see it from television. But basketball is being played also. Vince Carter has been working out here and in Orlando. Bostjan Nachbar and Nenad Krstic have done the same here and in their home countries. The Nets need Williams to take the next step to help keep Kidd fresh and for the coaches to feel comfortable using him in big games. (Remember the playoffs).
