请检查hosts档
第1步
从〔开始〕→【附属应用程式】→【记事本】，开启「记事本」软体。
接着按下〔档案〕→【开启旧档…】。
第2步
请在档案名称处输入「%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts」
再按下〔开启旧档〕按钮。
如果底下还有别的东西请删除後存档，重开机再试试能否连上
