标题[问题] 萤幕出现蓝白画面後当机

最近电脑出了点不小的问题，
小弟对电脑并不在行，所以来板上请教各位。
常常会莫名的出现以下蓝白画面後当机；

restart your computer.
If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need. If problems continue disable or
remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory
options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safemode to
remove or disable components, restart your computer. Press F8 to
select advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

由於第一次发生此种状况时，硬碟有传出读取的阵阵声响，硬碟灯会一直亮着，
接着发现画面上的滑鼠游标就会lag， 到达相当时间後便会发现呈现当机状态，
接着出现上述之蓝白画面。该蓝白画面出现不久後便会自动跳到BIOS画面..
想请教的是，是记忆体的问题吗？还是硬碟快挂掉了？
抑或是其他硬体或作业系统、软体方面出了状况？
