Eredivisie champions PSV Eindhoven must do without striker Arjen Robben
for their season opener against Roda JC on Friday.
Robben underwent an operation on Monday to remove a small tumour from
one of his testicles.
The 19-year-old must now rest for 10 days but should be back for PSV's
first home match against Willem II on August 23, according to the club's
official website, www.psv.nl.
Dutch national coach Dick Advocaat must also do without Robben when the
Netherlands play a friendly against Belgium on August 20.
