标 题装了sp2之後的windows xp

明明有连到网路却没办法开IE~
然後只要作删除档案的动作或要打开资源回收筒~
就会出现explorer.exe出现严重错误的讯息..
回报之後又会接着出现drwtsn32.exe出现严重错误的讯息...
请问有没有人知道这到底是怎麽回事>"<~~~
