Something to watch in the negotiations for the new collective-bargaining
agreement: It's possible that teams will no longer receive draft picks as
compensation for free agents who leave. That means that the Nationals, who
opted to keep Alfonso Soriano, could wind up with absolutely nothing if
Soriano signs with another club.
最新版的劳资协议传出打算取消 FA 补偿选秀权。
2002年 上一次劳资协议时就曾提出这个议题，所以费城人在确定无法留下
Scott Rolen 之後，在7月底交易截止日前将他送到 St.Louis，赶在 CBA
确定前作出交易。现在 Bowden 的如意算盘遇到麻烦，如果无法获得补偿
选秀权，Nationals 势必得去考虑留下 Soriano 的可能性。
