Bowden 从'92 到'03 都担任 Reds GM 工作 并两度让 Reds 晋级到 NLCS
Bowden 喜欢给老球员机会 Ron Gant、Eric Davis、Jose Rijo[新枫康?]等
都在他手下拿过 Comeback Player of the Year
