Day 8 Tue. 29th June,2010 My knees will need treatment after Wimbledon 温布顿过後，我的膝盖需要治疗 Hello everyone 大家好 Running out of what to say… I suppose, I actually know, I am much better on the tennis court, with or without pain! So talking about that, I have to say I felt well yesterday. My team did a good job trying to recover me and the doctors help was also important. I know this is a momentarily situation and that I need to take that full treatment when I am done here at Wimbledon but definitely yesterday I felt much better than the previous round and I believe I also played great tennis. I suppose the fact that I didn’t get to the fifth set helped my kneesand helped me mentally. 不知道要说什麽...我想，事实上我知道我知道我在球场上感觉好多了，不管有没有感到 疼痛！所以讲到这个，我必须说我昨天感觉不错。我的团队尝试帮我恢复，而且医生的 协助也很重要。我知道这是暂时情况，在结束温布顿之後，我需要去做治疗，但昨天感觉 绝对比前一轮好多了，而且我相信我打出不错的网球。我想没有打到第五盘，对我的膝盖 跟精神都是很大的帮助。 Anyway, a good day of rest today, some practice now (I am actually writing at 100kph!!!) and then just rest, more rest and a bit of focus… focus on the football match this afternoon since Spain is playing against Portugal for a place in the quarterfinals. I believe on this team, and I trust we can do well. And as I said the other day I also mentioned it in my press conference yesterday when asked about the referee and the technology not used in football. I think it would be good and that each team should have 2/3 times where they can stop a match and ask for a replay. 总之，今天是个很好的休息日，现在要去做些练习(我是用时速100公里在写部落格!!!)， 之後就是休息，更多的休息跟专心...专心在今天下午的足球赛，因为西班牙要对上葡萄牙 ，争取八强的名额。我相信这支球队，而且我相信我们能表现得很好。我在我昨天的记者 会上被问到关於裁判，以及科技技术没有被运用到足球上。我认为科技使用是好事，而且 每支球队有2-3次机会可以暂停比赛，要求重播。 Many thanks to all and see you tomorrow! 非常谢谢大家，明天见！ Rafa. Day 9 Tue. 29th June,2010 Spain pass their test, now it’s my turn against Soderling 西班牙通过了他们的考验，现在轮到我面对Soderling Hi everyone, 大家好 Had a good day today in general. Lot’s of expectation at Aorangi park. Clearly it was not for me (only). At 1 pm I was hitting, Roger was there too and Andy Murray who started a bit later but was already warming up. Then when we finished I saw Novak Djokovic and Robin Soderling come to practice. So a lot of expectation there. Media, fans, great atmosphere. 整体上我今天过得不错。在阿尔朗奇公园有不少的期待在。显然并不(只)是为了我。下午 一点我去练球，Roger也在那，而Andy Murray开始得比较晚，他已经在热身了。我们结束 之後，我看到Novak Djokovic跟Robin Soderling来练习。所以引起很多的期待。媒体、 球迷，气氛很棒。 [注：Aorangi park-阿尔朗奇公园，位於温布顿全英俱乐部中央球场北面的小山丘] I personally had a great practice with a British Junior. They are very helpful. On this second week they all practice and play so it is great to have them around. I remember those days when I was a junior here. I remember where we use to stay and specially that I didn’t like the food so was always eating cookies and chips… not the best to become a great tennis player… 我个人和英国青少年球员有场不错的练习。他们很有帮助。在温网第二周，他们都在练习 跟比赛，所以能有他们一起练习是很棒的。我记得我在这里打青少年组比赛的日子。我记 得我都习惯待在哪里，尤其我不喜欢这里的食物，所以总是吃饼乾跟洋芋片...不是有利於 成为最优秀的网球选手... (我就说爱吃junk food咩XD) On Wednesday it will be a very difficult and different match with Soderling compared to the final in Roland Garros. I have been asked a lot about it and the reasons why it is different. For those of you who know tennis it is easy to understand what I am saying. For those less familiar to our sport, let me just say that the way Soderling can serve, doesn’t allow that much time to return and be able to play. He is a big server and a hard hitter. Very difficult. 星期三对上Soderling会是一场非常困难的比赛，而且跟法网决赛完全不同。我被问到了 很多关於这场比赛的问题，以及它跟法网决赛不同的原因。对於了解网球的你们，很容易 就懂我说的。而对网球比较不熟悉的人，让我这麽说吧，Soderling的发球方式不会允许 对手有太多回球时间跟击球可能。他是个发球好手，也是个强力击球者。非常难对付。 But that will be on Wednesday. Now, I just got back to the house I am renting here in Wimbledon after watching Spain’s win over Portugal. This is great news for me since I love football and I am a big fan of our national team. Hi all, 大家好 Apologies but I am writing a very short blog today. I will answer though all the questions. 很抱歉，但我今天只能写篇非常短的部落格。虽然我会回答所有问题。 I just got back from dinner and today we went back to London, to El Cambio again for some dinner. Since my mother, sister and some other people have come we couldn’t stay home… too small. 我刚用完晚餐回来，今天我们回到伦敦，又一次去了El Cambio吃晚餐。因为我妈妈、妹妹 跟其他人来了，我们没法待在屋子里...太小了。 I am very happy to be back playing the semis here at Wimbledon. It is a very important match tomorrow. One of those so called big matches. The fact of being a semis of Wimbledon makes it always big, no matter what the players are. If it is me, Andy or whoever it is one of the Wimby semis. But it is true that here in the UK it is the match most of the people wanted to see. 差不多要去睡觉了，想在睡前写一点东西。明天是场非常重要的比赛，被称为是一场伟大 的对决。事实上，温网的四强对决一向是很伟大。不论是我、Andy或任何人，就是温网 准决赛的四强之一。但事实上，大部分的人都希望看到我跟Andy在温网对决。 I have been asked about the crowds and if I think they will behave. Of course they will!!!! They’ve always done. This is the public, the crowds more respectful i have ever played in front of so I am sure they’ll all have a great time no matter the score. It is logical they will support more the local player. I completely understand. So i can only say thank you for all the support I have been getting. I’ve always said that I love playing here and one big part of that is for the great respect and great appreciation that i feel here from the public. I was asked many times before yesterday’s match in particular by the Spanish Media about the crowd and if I thought they would be fair. Well, they were great. What a nice atmosphere there was on centre court yesterday. Obviously most of the crowds wanted Andy to win, that’s normal, but I have never seen so much respect for the game and for both players in my life! I love it here. I was lucky yesterday to be the winner and I will always remember that ovation at the end! 首先我想说的是谢谢温网的观众。我总是说我热爱在这里比赛，而且其中一个重要的原因 是我在这里从观众身上得到最大的尊重以及赞赏。在昨天的比赛以前，我被西班牙媒体问 了很多次关於观众的事情，以及我是否认为观众会公平对待。Well，他们很棒，昨天在中 央求场的气氛太好了。显然大部分的观众是希望Andy能够赢得胜利，那是正常的，但在我 一生中，我从来没有看过观众对比赛跟双方球员都给予这麽多的尊重。我爱这里。昨天我 很幸运能成为胜方，而我会永远记得比赛结束时的热烈掌声。 So in one hand thanks and on the other hand sorry for seeing Andy lose. Me and my team have a great relationship with them all. They are really nice people so I really wish him all the best. And today is another big day but this time with football. Two big matches and after my practice I am definitely watching both. First Argentina v Germany and then our big match Spain v Paraguay. So not much for me to say… Practice at 12.30, some media work after that, lunch at the house with my team and family and football. Tomorrow it is a big day and I want to be ready for that. 我很快就要去睡觉了。明天是个重要的日子，而我希望为那做好准备。 This is my 4th consecutive final in Wimbledon and after losing the first two I managed to achieve my biggest win: to win at Wimbledon. That was one of the best feelings in my career and I would love to repeat that again tomorrow. Something amazing.
