I am back at Wimbledon, well last year I also came but I could not play. Remember I came to play an exhibition to try and test how I was feeling and then decided I could not play. It was partly tough since the decision was not tough to take. I was not healthy and I could not play. So the tough part was to know I could not play to defend the title. 希望你们都很好。我回到温布顿，去年我也有来，但我却无法比赛。记得我来打了几场 表演赛测试自己感觉如何，最後决定我无法比赛。下此决定比要实践它要困难些。我有 伤在身所以无法比赛。因此困难的地方是在於了解我无法扞卫这个卫冕冠军头衔。 But I like to think positive and look ahead. I am here at Wimbledon again, practicing well, happy and ready to play, You never know how things can go, because this is THE tournament and every player entering the draw wants to win it. There are many factors, many things that can happen. 但我喜欢正面思考并且向前看。我再一次回到温布顿，练习状况良好，很开心并准备好 要比赛。你永远不知道事情会如何变化，因为这是温布顿，并且每个在签表上的球员都 想要夺冠。会有许多因素、很多事情会发生。 Hopefully things will go well. If they do great, and if not I know I have many more years to come back. I am really looking forward to tomorrow’s match since it’s been since you know when that I haven’t played here… I am very excited about it believe me and I am looking forward very much to seeing all the fans as we enter the center court. 先让我说说我对於能够再次参加温布顿有多开心。你们知道的，我已经很久没有在这里 比赛，我真的很期待明天的比赛。相信我，我很兴奋并且期待走进中央球场见到所有的 球迷。 I was informed today that I was playing on Center Court and I was very happy about it. It is no secret that I love to play here and I love this tournament with that great atmosphere on Center. I am also happy for the World Cup and Spain finally winning that match against Honduras. We watched it all at the house. I know this question comes so I prefer to just say it, I always say when asked about the tournaments, the draws, the final before even having played the first round that today’s tennis and the competition is very, very tough. Roger’s match was an example. Falla played great tennis and there are no easy matches here. Have to say that since I stay here the tournament is much better for me. 今年再次在温布顿的租屋里写这个部落格。我必须说，自从待在这里，这个赛事对我来说 更棒了。 I used to stay in the city at a hotel but in the last 5 years (except last year, obviously) I am staying at a rented house next to the courts. That really is a big difference. Big change and much better. I really feel like home like this. As a matter of fact we do everything that you would do home. Cook, clean (that’s the worst I suppose), …. 以前我习惯住在市区的饭店，但过去五年(显然除了去年之外)我都住在球场旁边的租屋。 那真的有很大的不同。是很大的改变而且是更好的改变。我真的觉得在这里就像在家里 一样。事实上，我们在这里能做一切在家里能做的事情。下厨、打扫(我想那是最糟糕的) ，.... (一整个很不爱打扫XD) But changing subject, let me tell you that this club is simply amazing. Today I went to one of the roofs and had the chance to see the club. It is beautiful and we are very privileged to come and play at this place. 但换个话题，告诉你们这个俱乐部(指全英俱乐部)真是太棒了。今天我到其中一个屋顶 上面，有机会欣赏了俱乐部的全貌。很漂亮，而且我们能在这里打球真是太幸运了。 Rafa Day 4 Fri. 25th June,2010 An extra long sleep ... and I missed the Queen! 额外长时间的睡眠...而且我错过女王了！ Hi everyone, 大家好 Let me start today this post by saying that I only got the questions last night when I was already asleep. That is the reason why there was no blog last night. Sorry for that. I know that I was supposed to do it this morning but I didn’t have time today since after I woke up and had my breakfast had to go to practice. 首先我得说之所以昨天没有写部落格，是因为直到我要睡觉前才收到球迷的问题。对此 我感到很抱歉。我知道今天早上我应该完成它，但今天我没有时间，因为我起床用过早餐 之後，我就必须去练球。 I normally try to sleep more than usual if I am playing in the afternoon or late afternoon. That way the day is not that long and I don’t get tired before the match. A question of routine. And because of that routine I missed meeting the Queen Elizabeth today. I would have loved to and they’ve told me she would be at my match, so I was really looking forward to meeting her at the end of the match. Unfortunately, Her Majesty left and I missed the opportunity. Hopefully another time I will have the honor and chance to do so. 一般来说，如果我下午或傍晚有比赛的话，我会睡得比平常要久些。这样这一天就不会 那麽长，而且在赛前才不会觉得疲倦。而关於例行公事的问题。因为例行练习，所以我 错失今天和伊莉莎白女王见面的机会。我很高兴他们告诉我女王会来看我的比赛，所以 我真的很期待赛後能跟她见面。可惜的是，她提前离开了，我错过这个机会。希望以後 我有这荣幸跟机会能跟她见面。 Coming back to my match, I’d said before how difficult is to play here at Wimbledon against great servers. Well, it was a very tough match today and I was really pushed to the limits. Thankfully it went well. 谈回我的比赛，我之前就说过在温布顿对战发球好手会有多辛苦。Well，今天是场艰辛 的比赛，而且我真的快被逼到极限。幸好结果是好的。 Tomorrow a day off, some practice and then concentration to see Spain play in the Word Cup… 明天是休息日，我会做些练习，之後要专心看西班牙队在世界杯的比赛。 Thanks all 谢谢大家 Rafa Day 5 Sat. 26th June,2010 If Spain don't win, I'm backing England 如果西班牙不能赢得世界杯，我会支持英格兰。 Hi everyone, 大家好 I am writing this blog before going to sleep and very happy after seeing Spain qualify for the next round at the World Cup. I have been asked several times about my favorite teams and obviously after Spain i have to say that I like England. Would love to see them do something important if Spain doesn’t make it to the final. The reason I have for this apart from the fact that I like the team and that I like the style of British football, I think they deserve also a big win. For what they give to the sport and the time that they haven’t won something big, I really would like them to go far in the tournament. But obviously I want first Spain to win. 睡前来写部落格，很高兴看到西班牙能挺进世界杯下一轮。关於我最喜欢的球队这问题， 我已经被问了好多遍，很明显地，除了西班牙之外，英格兰队是我其次喜欢的。如果西班 牙无法踢进决赛，我会很乐意看到英格兰有好表现。原因是我喜欢这支球队，而且我喜欢 英国足球的风格。我认为他们值得赢下重大赛事。因为他们为足球付出了很多却没有赢得 什麽大比赛，我真的希望他们能在世界杯走得很远。但显然的，我最希望西班牙获胜。 My day today was kind of quiet. Practice at noon, easy and good practice, watched Portugal and Brazil match while I was getting some stretching from my physio Rafael Maymo, some play station matches with my partner in this tournament Benito (we are killing Maymo and Albert Molina) and then a bit of rest before watching Spain play. So that’s a typical day for me here at Wimbledon this year. I had not done it all week so my team was kind of tired of eating always my pasta… So we went almost straight from the end of the work with media etc to my favorite restaurant in London. You have heard many times about it, El Cambio de Tercio. I was so happy for yesterday’s win that I just said, OK, let’s go wherever you guys want! 很抱歉但昨晚我没更新任何东西，因为我回到住处後，我们决定到市区吃晚餐。整周我都 没有这麽做，因此我的团队有点吃腻了我做的义大利面。所以我在结束工作，像是媒体访 问这些後，就立刻到我在伦敦最喜欢的餐厅，你们已经听我说过这间餐厅很多次了，是 El Cambio de Tercio。因为昨天赢球我很高兴，所以我就说：OK，我们去任何你们想去 的地方！ So we had a great dinner last night. Now I just woke up and I am going to go and hit a bit. Not much, since yesterday’s match was long and I also had the problem on my knee. I want to go and see how it feels today. I am not too worried, but it is there and I need to get the treatment once I finish this tournament. I would love to win it and then go for that treatment. Me? The knees are fine 很抱歉你们在世界杯不幸出局。我？膝盖还好。 Hi everyone, 大家好 Hope you guys are OK. I am sorry (I really am) for England’s defeat at the World Cup. I did mention here and at Wimbledon that I really likes this team. I think it has been very unfortunate what happened today. I mean that mistake from the linesman and the referee is something unbelievable. I don’t understand why there is no way in football to have the 4th referee looking at a screen and saying to the main one what is going on. Just like the Hawk-Eye in tennis. I don't think that’s fair. The match could have changed a lot with that goal. Then Germany played better but thats a different story. Then later in the day Mexico was also affected by a mistake that everyone saw, even at the stadium itself! Got some questions today after my practice about my knee. I know there has been some controversy because of that but I don’t think it is fair. Like it was not fair the way the umpire gave me a warning for coaching. Toni was only saying to me to be positive and I don’t think that’s giving me any advice. So there you go.
