Rain forces us to play the waiting game
Hello everyone and sorry I didn't post yesterday. We got back to the hotel at
12.30 midnight after being practically all day at the tournament site. I had
to eat dinner very fast and went to sleep immediately since I had to get up
early today hoping we would play. As you know we didn't so we spent
practically all day at the tennis center doing... nothing. Just waiting for
the weather to clear and waiting and waiting and waiting to go out and play.
大家好，很抱歉我昨天没PO文。我们在赛场待了一整天，到午夜12:30才回到旅馆。
我必须很快的吃完晚餐然後马上上床睡觉，因为我今天得早起希望可以打到球。如同你
们所知的，我们并没打到，所以实际上我们花了一整天的时间在赛场....无所是事。
只能等天气转晴，然後就是等待，等待，再等待。
They tournament organizers and the ATP reps told us when we got to the
stadium that there would be a window at 1 or 2 pm and that we could go out
and play to finish our match... That window was never open :-)Someone forgot
to do it... So we waited and waited.
刚到赛场时主办单位和ATP代表告诉我们大约在下午一点或两点时会有出个空隙让我们完成
比赛...但那个空隙从没出现过:-)可能是有人忘了打开...所以我们等了又等。
(注:此处"空隙"原文用的是window，所以才会说忘了打开，下一段也有用到这个双关)
These days with rain are tough. You are there doing nothing... Specially at
the beginning. Everything was scheduled to practice and go to play but since
it kept raining really hard, we simply decided to go upstairs to the players
lounge and play some foosball. We had some good time while keeping an eye on
the windows, not those ones announced by the weather forecast...
雨停的日子很难熬，你没事可以做...尤其是在一开始。原本排定好要练习然後上场比赛
，但因为雨下不停，我们决定到楼上的休息室打足球电玩。我们看着窗户(不是雨停的窗
户喔...)的同时渡过一段不错的时光。
We also went to the IMG suite at the stadium and spent some time there. Just
to change airs (is this proper English?-sorry if not, I hope you know what I
mean).
我们也到赛场里的IMG套房待了些时间，好换个气氛(这是对的英文说法吗? 如果不是我很
抱歉，希望你们知道我的意思。)
(注: 我也不确定我有没有懂= =)
So tomorrow we will try to finish the match and one thing is certain...
Whoever wins would have to play 3 consecutive matches in 3 consecutive days
in the case Fernando or me reaches the final. Not ideal but nothing we can do
about it.
所以明天我们会试着完成比赛，有一件事是确定的，不论是我或是Fernando赢都得连打三
天，不是很理想但我们也无计可施。
