This summer “Green Citizens' Action Alliance”, a Taiwan environmental NGO, cooperates with local grassroots organizations and the Iron Horse Film Festival to hold a small but beautiful art and cultural festival at Fulong beach, a landmark in Gungliau. They hope to inspire public awareness for local environmental issues by music and films.
