I used to stay there for a while ..I never had to worry how late I got home (many subway lines I could chose) I never worried about the Train reschedule on weekends ( NYC subway always change train routes on weekends , especially at night ) Zoey is a Taiwanese and very easy going, has stayed in NYC for a quite long time !! you can pay daily or pay by week. if you want to stay longer , absolutely you are able to negociate the better rent!
