标题need a Albany house/room in July 2008

I would like to rent a house/room in July 2008 in Albany.
from 15th to 31st July 2008
(flexible, but prefer half month)
hope the house is in downtown Albany and near the bus station
hope the rent is around $USD150(half month),
incluing utilites, internet and water.
I am a friendly, clean, non-smoking girl :)
