New York Yankees.
(2) @JackCurryYES: Goldschmidt had a .366 OBP vs LHP last season. And that’s
in a year where he has admitted that he struggled in the 1st half.

games, but he’s expected to hit first vs the Phillies tomorrow. Lefty Jesus

pitches in live BP. He acknowledges that he might be "handcuffed" in terms of
pitch count to begin the season.
Yankees won't say this yet, but most likely Schmidt will go to the IL to build
stamina.
(5) @BryanHoch: Paul Goldschmidt said his back is “100 percent or close to
it.” Said the new plan is to give it one more day and play tomorrow. He took
at-bats off Clarke Schmidt yesterday.
