James Rowson原本就担任洋基的小联盟打击教练和小联盟打击协调员九年
过去9个赛季他一直在MLB教练组工作,去年在老虎队担任助理击球教练
Rowson还曾担任马林鱼队的替补教练/「进攻协调员」以及双城队的打击教练。
