【美联社报导】红袜球迷表示他被攻击後，对洋基队和洋基队球迷提出控告
一位波士顿红袜队表示去年夏天他在洋基球场遭受攻击，他已经对纽约洋基队和洋基
队的两位球迷提出控告。
Charles Hillios表示他被两位洋基球迷骚扰，他们不准他去年8月29日在洋基球场为
红袜队加油。
这位麻萨诸塞州的居民在这项已在曼哈顿联邦法庭登记有案的诉讼中指称，球场的安
全人员警告洋基球迷不要去骚扰他。但是他表示当他走到球场内的贩卖处时，却有球迷对
他"恶意地攻击并对他的人身造成实际的侵犯"。
根据这项诉讼书的内容，Hillios遭到严重的伤害，将要寻求未公布实际数字的财务
赔偿。
周二打电话询问纽约洋基队的对此项诉讼的意见後，还没有立即收到球队立即的回覆
。

A Boston Red Sox fan has sued the New York Yankees and two of its fans,
saying he was attacked at Yankee Stadium last summer.
Charles Hillios says he was harassed by two Yankees fans who objected to him
cheering for the Red Sox last Aug. 29.
The Massachusetts resident says in the lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal
court, that security warned the Yankees fans to leave him alone. But he says
the fans "viciously attacked and physically assaulted" him when he went to a
concession stand.
According to the lawsuit, Hillios suffered serious injuries. It seeks
unspecified financial penalties.
A call for comment to the New York Yankees on Tuesday was not immediately
returned.
