He's had quite a winding road to this point, one that has included three colleges, getting drafted four times and a 50-game suspension for PED use that he says was a misunderstanding. I'm not going to give the whole story away, but I did pick up one little piece of trivia. During the 2005 season at the University of Oklahoma, McCutchen beat Nebraska 5-1 on April 28. His opponent that day was a hard-throwing right-hander who had not yet lost a college game. His name? Joba Chamberlain. 「I'll never let him forget that,」 McCutchen said. --
