测试网路状况
开始-->执行-->输入cmd
(or 开始->程式集->附属应用程式->命令提示字元)
一开始可能会显示这样
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>(以下这一句我简写)
输入这一句 (168.95.1.1 是中华电信DNS 这个不可能挂掉)
C:\>tracert 168.95.1.1
之後按下ENTER 让他跑 之後它会从你电脑开始往外跑
经过每一个节点都会回报

输入以下这句

如果封包有掉(loss)~~那就代表断线~~
封包掉的越多越可能断 封包掉得少 电脑会自动重送(这样会LAG)
Packets: Sent = 100, Received = 98, Lost = 2 (2% loss),
送出100次,收到98次回应,遗失2个封包
Minimum = 3ms, Maximum = 4ms, Average = 3ms
最低回应时间3毫秒、最高回应时间4毫秒、平均回应时间3毫秒
回应时间越高 你就越LAG(当然也要看地区远近)
当然也可以改成其它句子测试

在学校内测试DNS 回应时间都少於1毫秒

结论
1.先测试以下指令 看你连到学校DNS正不正常
C:\>ping 203.64.173.48 -n 100
2.再测试以下指令 看到中华电信DNS正不正常
C:\>ping 168.95.1.1 -n 100
3.测试到区网内电脑正不正常
C:\>ping XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX -n 100
4.有问题打一下tracert看是哪一段错了
C:\>tracert 168.95.1.1
