今日的规则释疑有点复杂 要讲的是关於近网的球的规则 常见的问题是: 对方接发球接到接近网子正上方,对方举球员冲过去要去举球 我方前排球员可不可以把手伸过去? 或是可不可以拦网? 先看相关的规则 12.1 REACHING BEYOND THE NET 12.1.1 In blocking, a blocker may touch the ball beyond the net, provided that he/she does not interfere with the opponents' play before or during the latter's attack hit. 14.1 ATTACK HIT 14.1.1 All actions which direct the ball towards the opponents, with the exception of service and block, are considered as attack hits. 14.1.3 An attack hit is completed at the moment the ball completely crosses the vertical plane of the net or is touched by an opponent. 14.2 RESTRICTIONS OF THE ATTACK HIT 14.2.1 A front-row player may complete an attack hit at any height, provided that the contact with the ball has been made within the player's own playing space 15.1 BLOCKING 15.1.1 Blocking is the action of players close to the net to intercept the ball coming from the opponents by reaching higher than the top of the net. Only front-row players are permitted to complete a block. 15.2 BLOCKING WITHIN THE OPPONENT'S SPACE In blocking, the player may place his/her hands and arms beyond the net provided that this action does not interfere with the opponents' play. Thus, it is not permitted to touch the ball beyond the net until an opponent has executed an attack hit. 讲这麽多,简单的原则就是 1.除发球和拦网之外,其他任何把球往对方场的方向打的动作,都叫做攻击. 2.攻击动作必须在自己场内完成,即不能手伸到对方场内攻击. 3.拦网的定义是前排球员在近网处,伸高於网去阻止来自对方的球. 4.拦网时,手可以伸到对方场内,只要不妨碍到对方球员击球 (即在对方击球前,不可在对方场内碰到球) 所以原来那个问题的答案是: 球若已经过来我们这边,或是在球网正上方 只要我们是在自己的场内碰球,那就允许 换言之就是不能手伸到对方场内碰球 但是有一个例外,那就是拦网 拦网就是阻挡对方的攻击球,对方攻击就是把球往拦网方的方向送 所以,我们可以拦的球,就是对方往我们这个方向送的球 甚至不一定要是会过网(穿过网正上方)的球 综上所述,拦网可以手伸过去拦的球就包括 1.对方(即攻击方)第三球打过来 2.对方第一或第二球,朝着拦网方飞过来,而且, 对方没有球员足够靠近能打到那颗球的位置. 当然,如果对方有球员准备要攻击那颗球, 就不能在他要攻击之前或攻击的同时,把手就伸过去拦. 注意:不管怎样手伸过去只能阻挡,不能做"打"的动作. --
