Describe - Describe the early suspicion and detection to newly-arisen epidemics - About standard early diagnosis 2. Explain - How to identify the sources and mechanisms of these new diseases and the high risk groups 3. Control - What governments, health centers and clinics can do for infection control ex: Describe how governments set up an isolation area, or how the medical and nursing staffs provide patient care - What non-government organizations can do 4.
