3. What’s the difference between “Micro-economics” and “Macro-economics”?
Please list 10 headlines of recently newspapers and categorized them
(5 items each). Explain your answers. (No more than 500 words.) (30%)
4. What is the definition of “opportunity cost”? What is your
(one member of you ) opportunity cost to attend today’s discussion section
(9/26,2006)?(No more than 200 words.)(10%)
5. What is ceteris paribus assumption and how is it used?
(No more than 100 words.) (10%)
6. Try to think of an example of fallacy of composition and an example of the
post hoc fallacy. (No more than 200 words and do NOT copy from your
textbooks’ examples!) (10%)
