标题高科技创业与营运 陈良基教授 News Update!

由於第一阶段初选结果人数远超过30人,本课程教室已由电机二馆455室改至电机二馆105
会议室。欢迎大三以上(含研究所与博士班)同学於开课当日至现场加签。
加签人数将依修课同学组成与教室可容纳人数做调整,以商管与理工科系学生各
半为原则,并当场完成分组(以4~5人一组)。以下为课程内容与评分方式:

一、内容
本课程邀请具有『高科技创业』经验的专家及教授们以演讲与小组讨论的方式,启发学生
们的创业想法,希望藉此能将学校的教学及研究成果,更具体的转化为产业的竞争力。课
程内容主要包括四个主轴:
(一) 相关知识研习。参考瑞士洛桑管理学院(IMD), 美国 Harvard Business School,
MIT Sloan School 及 Stanford 大学之教材,并将邀请创业有成之专家与教授
共同授课及编教材;
(二) 演讲。课程中将邀请数位创业家来现身说法,进行经验传承。
(三) 创业实习。修课学生将以编组方式,选定一项专业研发成果,进行商业化的
实习。过程将包括与实习导师(Mentor) 每个礼拜的脑力激荡会议,产品设
计,市场分析,风险评估,财务规划,和营运计划书之撰写等等。
(四) 期末简报。每组学生将学习成果向创投公司经理人和专家们简报,寻求认同
与支持。杰出的团队将有机会获得初期创业资金,真正的设立公司开始营运。
