Dear friends, Last week we had 4 of our new members deliver their C1 speeches. Alonso You was a brave speaker and an universe explorer; he elaborated his speech title: You(游) and I. Coming from Thailand, Candy Lee joined Toastmasters to follow her idol Obama (also on our poster), who is surely to be one of Candy's Obsession. We also get a better understanding of Lucy Lee from her speech My name and Myself. My junior high school classmate, Sean Lin conquered his fear (he always told me that he was very nervous about public speaking) and we did get to know more about Sean. This Friday it's our honor to have invited the President of Legacy TMC Club, Rebecca Lin to give us a workshop, “Evaluate to Inspire.” Without doubt, this meeting would be both educational and entertaining.
