Dear friends: Last week, we had a joint meeting with NCCU(政大), our sister club. Chris Cheng from NCCU just delivered his C1 and proved to be the candidate for a friend, Jason shared his insights into music and also solo improvised playing bass, both his speech and performance definitely struck a chord with us. And our responsible PRVP Ken W. let us realize the importance of being well prepared; our fourth speaker, Claire applied the lesson she learned from swimming to inspire us keep going, never give up; Odria from NCCU was a C5 speaker and she was so sporty and we believe she'll achieve her fourth goal in a short time. All in all, I hope all of us learned something from NCCU Toastmasters, after all, that's why joint meeting is for: learning from sharing. This week, our meeting will be on 4/1(Wed.) at room 601, 2nd student activity center, NTU. Even though 4/1 is April Fool's Day, we really have a meeting on that day!! See you on 4/1(Wed.) 4/17(Fri.) is the UNIFORM DAY (Everybody should wear their uniform on that day), and our PRVP team will explain the details this Wednesday.
