Further Announcement: It is said that there is a speech limit up to 2 for old members ~ considering the awkward situation that our newcomers get slight chance to deliver speeches . In my observation, some of the old members deliver 3 or more speeches this semester. David and Ernest suggested that "unless you are going to deliver your third (or more) speech in Speech Marathon or In-house or Area C2 Contest, it is not so proper to deliver more than two speeches. I will also contact the old members I mentioned for some arrangements this Friday.
