1.Collect members' contact imformation. Cooperate with MVP who
need your imformation to make a contact list.
2.Submit club officers.
Add new members' imformation into website: www.toastmasters.org.
(you need a code, and I'll give you that)
You have to check 中华邮政系统 to get an English address.
3.Go to the post office in MRT regularly to get members' manuals and
magazines.
这个信箱废止了没还须再确定，目前住宿的社员我都把他们寄送杂志的地址写我家地址
4.学期末要统计每个member已经做的speech数和未来预定达到之speech数，
以及有达到CTM、CL等等的人，都须上报总会！
