***EVP 的工作内容:
(七、八月)
1. Attend area officer training
和president一起参加area C2 officer meeting
趁着暑(寒)假安排members到外面的club deliver speeches
讨论demo drama,
下学期的schedule
找好group discussion's leaders,
seminar holder,
contest chairs,
并确定负责人都清楚规则
尤其是contest chair, EVP要亲自教导一遍比赛流程及规则
(九月~隔年二月)
2. 参与area and division contest,
group discussion
seminar
安排Joint Meeting(China, 阳明, spark, excellence...)
举办Evaluation and Humorous Speech contest &
Prepared Speech & Table Topic Contest
与MVP筹画induction ceremony
**平日: invite GE&LE, Judges
确定每次的agenda **
