※ 引述《Innuendo ( ....deranged)》之铭言： : ※ 引述《Xenophon (Xen)》之铭言： : : 那 听说 二活下学期装设网路设施 : : 是怎麽回事呢? : : IP是做什麽的,架网站吗,他们要提供空间吗? : : Butler和MC哈默的专辑哪里有卖,塔吗? : 嗯 这是 新消息吗？ : MC锤头 还没被枪杀呀:P : 诡异组合第一号！ : : 脑中浮现一堆无聊的问题,期末考完就会好了 呃.............. 我想学弟指的是The Sound Of Bulter & McAlmont , 一次颇令人怀念的意外合作 , ( though Bernie really got pissed off with that......) 我原本以为Bernie的新专辑应该是像这张一样 , full of insperation and creation......^_^...... 时而狂放，时而内敛的guitar riff and solo , 虽然，我"非常厌恶"negro vocal式的唱腔， David McAlmont又是一位满脑子只有 " how to be a superstar & show off himself " 这类想法的人 不过，凭良心讲他的表现还算可圈可点， Bernie在Yes & You Do二首单曲用上拿手的弦乐编制， 让人不得不联想到radio-friendly之作"Not Alone" 但最吸引我的莫过於"How About You"中 Bernie彷佛是自言自语地弹奏着绵长悠远的solo， 那种可以带领着你的心跳延伸出一道起伏线的感动； 或者是"Interval"那样仅仅拨动着不成曲调的旋律， 弦音仍透过音箱轻缓却坚实地跟随周围的大气环绕着你， 每次我都有身处深海中随着鲸语飘浮游移的幻觉； "Don't Call It Soul" , "Tonight" , "Although"也都是非常有灵性的作品， 就算是极为简约的空心吉他和弦， 我都能隐约轻触那颗长久以来持续以instruments和歌迷对话， 透明易感的心灵； Bernie的音乐，容我引述NME critic , Steveb Sutherland的话 "Bernard Butler has relied on his guitar to express himself up until this point and it's his guitar that still betrays his intent with a deeper honesty . There's hardly an occasion on 'People Move On' when the guitar doesn't say something different to the words ." 非常棒的见解，也是我对Bernie新专辑的态度。 本来并不打算写这麽多的 ，提到Bernie就是没办法少说一点。 重点是，高塔有卖，令人跌破眼镜的低价NT319； 如果还没涨价的话。 -- People may well move on but old habits die hard , and old neuroses die harder .
