医学分子检验学实习在下学期拟开放给大四已实习过其他课程之学生修 名额: 2名 请有兴趣的同学先到我这里登记 加退选时林亮音老师会再给同学加选号码 以下是课程大纲，请同学们参考 医学分子检验实习 (Medical molecular diagnosis practice) 学分数: 4学分 授课教师: 医学检验暨生物技术学系 林亮音教授 课程大纲: 本课程主要提供给院区内硕博士生修习．因为实习空间与时间的局限，每学期 仅提供最多5位同学修习；每位同学修习时间为4周，相当於160小时．课程分两阶段，第 一阶段是临床分子检验实验室的实际操作、QC管控与结果的判读，内容包括：遗传与癌症 基因的监定、骨髓移植相关之HLA高解析定序分型、病毒量与分型检测、药害与用药剂量 相关基因的检测；第二阶段则是开发分子检验医令流程的学习，包括：SOP的建立、QC materials的制备与报告format的制作 This course mainly offers to graduate student in medical campus. Due to space limitation, up to 5 students could be admitted per semester. During a 4-weeks practice, the students could have an experience of technique practice, quality control and result interpretation in various genetic and tumor gene identification, sequence-based HLA typing, viral load and genotyping, drug-associated gene analysis; in addition, the student would practice an organization of clinical service item, including establishment of SOP, preparation of QC materials and report format. -- 系办 肯肯助教 --
