因为我爸他现在在远东念研究所
期中考考金属物理 所以想来请教一下
虽然说不知道是不是你们的范畴
但我还是把题目po出来好了
希望好心人士能给一下解答 真心感谢~~
1. Calculate the percent ionic character of the interatomic bonds
for the following compounds: TiO2, CsCl , Insb.
2. Give the electron configurations for the following
ions: Fe2+, Cu+, Br-, O2-, Ba2+.
3. Within a cubic unit cell, sketch the following directions:
(a)[111], (b)[211], (c)[102],(d)[313],(e)[212]
4. Sketch within a cubic unit cell the following planes: (10%)
(a)(111),(b)(012),(c)(312),(d)(212),(e)(101)
5. Zirconium has an HCP crystal structure and a density of 6.51 g/cm3.
(a) What is the volume of its unit cell in cubic meters?
(b) If the c/a ratio is 1,593, compute the values of c and a. (15%)
6. Calculate the radius of a tantalum atom, given that Ta has a BCC crystal
structure, a density of 16.6 g/cm3, and an atomic weight of 180.9 g/mol.
