Dear all, Finally, we are almost end of our service term as a board member of NTUFSA-2006/7. We will have one election cum graduation ceremony on 23 rd June 2007. To have a well organized dinner party and election, we would like to have a preparatory meeting among CIAE, NTUFSA and NTUISIS. The agendas and details are listed here, Date: 5th June Tuesday, 2007 Time: 4 pm Venue: CIAE meeting hall Agenda: (For June 5 2007 joint meeting among CIAE, NTUFSA and NTUISIS) 1.Finalize the election process (chief election commissioner and member of election commission) 2.Registration for dinner party (5 days Mon to Friday) 3.Volunteers for dinner party for registration at the entrance of restaurant. 4.Volunteers for election process 5.Presentation of annual activity progress report of NTUFSA (5 minutes PPT) 6.Presentation of annual financial progress report of NTUFSA (5 minutes PPT) 7.MCs 8.Finalize the program of 23rd June 2007 graduation ceremony. Note: Meeting will be concluded after dinner at 6 pm. Dinner will be served by CIAE.
