首先谢谢 班上同学对老师上课内容提出问题来讨论，问题如下，供大家参考：
1.星期三老师有说不需折旧的包括land.goodwill..good will不需折旧吗?
可是之前老师上课时做统整的时候怎麽有写要折旧？
2.关於买卖assets造成的gain或lose，到底是怎麽纪录呢?
在statement of cash flow中.是indirect才要记录?
那是纪录在investing项中吗?
Answers:
1.Good will要提列的是摊销Amortization
2. 卖出资产有利得gain:
Accumulation Depreciation-asset 17000
Cash 5000
Asset 20000
Gain on disposal of asset 2000
或 卖出资产有lose:
Accumulation Depreciation-asset 17000
Cash 2000
Lose on disposal of asset 1000
Asset 20000
在Statement of Cash Flow中采用Indirect Method时
Cash flow form operating activities:
Net income xxx
.
.
Less: Gain on disposal of asset 2000
或 Add : Lose on disposal of asset xxx
.
.
Cash flow form investing activities:
Add Cash flow form sale asset 5000
