JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Assistant to the CEO Hollyhigh International is a China-based investment bank that provides financial services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other related fields. In its drive to expand internationally, the company is looking for a capable individual who will be able to work closely with the CEO in order to assist him in carrying out the expansion. Suitable candidates should have 1-2 years relevant experience in the financial sector, a knowledge of and interest in China and have competency in Mandarin Chinese, including speaking, reading and writing. The candidate should also be willing to live in China for at least two years. Duties directly related to cooperation with the CEO include exploring and arranging international business expansion opportunities, strategies and events, attending events with the CEO or alone with the goal of making viable contacts and/or potential clients. Other duties with the company may include participation in actual projects or industry research activities, depending on the individual's ability and area of interest. Room for growth in this position is dependent on the individual. Basic introduction to the company's services will be given and training will be on-the-job and as needed.
