Combined anterior-pituitary test:
Normal range: GH: peak>7ng/ml
Cortisol>20ng/ml
Prepuberty: FSH>LH, LH<10 mIU/
Puberty: LH>FSH, LH>10 mIU
Free T4: 同台大标准值
E2: 单位用台大，数值查Nelson
Combined test 是否adequate
1. glucose< 50
2. 有hypoglycemia symptoms
3. 降低baseline 50%以上
取联集
常用test for short stature
1. clonidine test
2. combined anterior pituitary test
3. glucagon stimulation test
# Normal range: GH: peak>7ng/ml (for 以上三个tests)
#glucagon test 原理（蔡杯版）：先给IMglucagon迳sugar increase迳insulin secretion迳sugar derease迳stimulate GH secretion
＃以上test都有20% false “positive” rate, (正常人20%测起来也< 7ng/ml)
Combine 2 tests 仍有3% false positive rate
做tests时需平躺：exercise会induce GH secretion
Insulin/glucose: >0.4: suspect hyperinsulinemia, 菜杯：正常人在低血糖时不会看到insulin
Hypoglycemia: glucose<50
