上次去参加新竹的 VLSI-TSA, 听 tsmc 林本坚主持的 Next-Generation Lithography
(NGL) session (王廷基教授也有去听), 讲的很精采,
session 中归纳了未来 NGL 的主要 candidates 有三项:
1. CR-DPT (cost-reduction double-patterning technique)
2. NIL (nano-imprint)
3. MEBML2 (multi e-beam maskless lithography) + CR-DPT
每个都有各自的优点和挑战, 而 MEBML2 的技术是目前最可行的方案,
给大家参考 :)
