标题[公告] new rules for paper submission

很抱歉, 为大家做了一个不好的式范...
Please give me a list of all my revisions in ***hand-writing***
in one week. I found it is not helpful to most of you to request
for such a list in the electronic format. Most of you just did
copy-and-paste without really flowing through your mind
for my revisions.
Please also announce this new rule to all other group members.
In particular, I refuse to revise any paper that is due within
one week, and do not allow any of you to submit such a paper
without my revision (for a journal or a conference paper).
