1. ***Best Paper Candiate: Jai-Wei and Chin-Hsiung's paper on flip-chip
routing
2. 2nd highest score in the PD session: Tung-Chieh and Ping-Hung's MP-tree
paper
3. Hung-Yi and Wan-Ping's paper on voltage partitioning (Short paper)
4. Mark's symmetry placement paper
(We almost got two best paper nominations!!)
