有两个竞赛，一个是2D global router，一个是3D global router
CONTEST SCHEDULE:
1/08: Announcement of the Contest
1/12: Training benchmarks released.
1/28: Last day to confirm participation with Dr. Nam.
2/12: Contest benchmarks released.
3/11: Final day to submit binary for the global router, and routing results.
不比时间的话，BOXroute 占了很大的优势。
