In this session, I will provide some information and share my observation. I will explain some funding opportunities for short-term visitors and degree-seeking students, briefly introduce the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Purdue University, and suggest how to develop a good applications. I intend to make this session a discussion. Therefore, faculty members are welcome to join and share their experience. Students are encouraged to bring their questions.
