重点或必考题：１.and or not 用mos设计 和lay out 图
２.passive(被动)元件：电杆、电阻之类的不能放大缩小信号者，
仅具效号功率的功能。
active(主动)元件：二极体、电晶体等元件。
定义：被动元件的定义反之。
３.Moore's Law：In 1965 , Gordon Moore predicted that "the
number of transitors that can be integrated on a die would
double every 18 months"
